CONFIDENTIALITY
We guarantee the confidentiality of your details. Under no circumstances
will these be given to any other third party and shall be used for order
processing only. Details will be placed on our own mailing list unless
otherwise requested.
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability, in the event of goods being
temporarily out of stock an advice note will be sent by email and goods
despatched as soon as available up to 20 days, after which a credit note
will be issued which may be used against any further orders at any time. All

ORDER
PROCESSING
Once you have finished shopping you will go through to our secure checkout
area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order,
once complete you will then be issued with an order number and confirmation
of your order by email.
We utilise the latest in customer friendly shopping procedures, reinforced
with a reliable and secure checkout processing system by Worldpay. You can
be 100% confident that we have invested in the most secure transaction
methods available in the UK today.
Goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment on the same day whenever
possible.
PAYMENT
Internet transactions are processed via our secure ordering facility on a
secure server. All major Credit Cards & Switch debit cards are accepted and
the name Hitgo will appear on your credit card transaction statement. All
prices displayed within the store include VAT at 17.5%
DELIVERY
Orders will be despatched same day whenever possible & all orders are
despatched in plain wrappings, by First class mail. If the item(s) are not
in stock they should be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If there will be
any delay in dispatch beyond this then we will contact you by email. All
Special Delivery deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Time of
delivery cannot be guaranteed. All orders received before
11am will be despatched overnight the same day, orders received after
11.00 will be despatched the following day for overnight delivery. Non
delivery for any reason will be emailed the same day.
Once the order has been
dispatched from our warehouse it is by law your responsibility and delivery
failure should be reported to us first and then you should contact the post
office to make a claim.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase return it to us
within 14 days of the Invoice/Despatch date, and we will exchange for
either: (A) an alternative product (B) credit note for the full value of the
product (C) refund less a 10% handling charge. Goods Must be Unused.
Postage and Packing costs are non-refundable.
For Exchanged Item/s the customer pays all P&P costs.
Goods must be returned together with the invoice with a full explanation as
to the reason for return and stating your preferred method of exchange. All
returned goods must be unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene
conditions) and in their original condition and packaging
Items damaged or faulty due to manufacture should not be used. We must be
notified by phone on 01953 857517 within 24 hours of arrival and then returned
within 3 days.
Please ensure that you contact us before returning any
goods to check that we will accept them back and so we can advise you of the
correct returns/exchange procedure.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to exchange some
items, these include:
Underwear is not re-fundable.
Used or broken sealed toys are not-refundable
All returns are at the discretion of the company and all exchange goods must
be returned in their original condition together with the invoice, reason
for return, in the original packaging and should be returned to Kinkz.co.uk,
details of whom will be within the original package.
We will offer a credit note if there is
nothing you want to exchange for at the time of return.
DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to alter or amend products and prices at any time
without notice. We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any
order due to events beyond their control. The Laws of England shall apply to
